Built on Investigation
F3 International Resources began as PG Companies, the international arm of The Peregrine Group, one of the world’s leading investigative firms. Investigation is a discipline of rigor, verification, and discretion, and F3 carried that standard into the international security market.
Today F3 operates as a full-scope security practice, planning, integrating, and delivering programs for clients across the globe. The method has not changed: evaluate the objective, build the plan, implement the program.

President
Lorin M. Jacobson
Lorin M. Jacobson has spent his career at the forefront of security technology, including communications security, countermeasures, and integrated systems design for multinational corporations and government operations. He testified before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee in 1998 on "Terrorism & Technology" and authored "Database Counter-Measures" (McGraw-Hill, 1989). He has led large-scale security and control-center integrations for major international events and facilities.

Yasser Qandeel
A founding partner, Yasser Qandeel has led F3's MENA operations from Abu Dhabi for 16 years, building the company's presence and government relationships across the region. His expertise spans defense products, procurement, intergovernmental relations, technology systems, and international banking.
